About the Dentist: Dr. Johnny L. Smith, DMD, P.A. attended undergraduate school at Union College and the University of Kentucky. He completed his doctorate degree at the University Of Louisville School Of Dentistry in May 1990. He completed a 3 year residency in the Unites States Navy, and then relocated to Phoenix in 1994.
